Sm8rtHealth hosts and operates the Sm8rtHealth software on Amazon Web Services (AWS), removing the need for its clients to provide the hardware, networks, or hosting infrastructure for the software to run on.
The AWS data centres used for Sm8rtHealth are restricted to Australasia (currently Australia) for our New Zealand and Australian clients, and Singapore for our Asian clients.
AWS provides a professional, best-of-class ecosystem for deploying and securing application and database instances with support for redundancy and failover and comprehensive tools for real time risk assessment, monitoring and reporting.
Three hosting environments are provided for each Client: (i) Development environment (DEV), a partitioned environment provided for the Client for integration and performing UAT on changes and updates, (ii) Business Channel (UAT), provided as an environment that mirror’s production, used for pen-testing and for replicating any bugs that may have been reported in production, and (iv) Production.
