Once an application is completed the Outcome is retrieved by the client API and decisions made based on the output. The application can be viewed in the Sm8rtHealth Workbench, or other tool as defined by the Client. All aspects of the Application, including Questions, Answers, Outcomes and custom data are provided in a single JSON package response.
