The Sm8rtHealth application is designed to integrate into 3rd party websites and operate on a 24 x 7 basis. Continual backups and client configuration do not require any server outage.
The Application may be taken offline is if there is
- a requirement for a software enhancement
- an operating system patch, or hosting infrastructure maintenance.
- regular scheduled maintenance window
Clients are notified at least 14 days prior (unless it is urgent in nature). Release documentation and testing plans will be provided to clients prior.
