Underwriters and managerial staff of the Client’s will have access to the Sm8rtHealth Workbench portal.
- All Users and Vendors are subject to the SM8 Authorisation process.
- User rights are transcribed in the Access Control Register
- Only two administrator from Sm8rtHealth have the ability to authorise User Access Rights; namely: [email protected] and [email protected]
- A nominated administrator from each Client will be allocated additional rights to setup and edit questions, products and affiliated on the Workbench.
- Request for password support are sent to [email protected] for action
