Once an application has been completed (In its end state):
- The application is archived in the “history” folder.
- By default completed application will reside in the history folder until it is scheduled to be anonymized or deleted. (Default setting 30 days)
- Incomplete applications are / after 31 days for Life insurance, and usually 91 days for health insurance
- The anonymization or deleting of incomplete and completed application is a configurable setting determined by each Client according to circumstance
- Underwriting answers may be retained for analytic purpose where the Client does not do its own Underwriting analytics.

It is the client’s responsibility to call the application API end-point to scrub or anonymize data. The provision is available, but it is the clients responsibility to initiate the call.
