The initiating or start page is constructed using the Custom Data feature. In essence, its all the rating factors that the insurer is likely to collect at the quote or initiating a new application phase. Any information that is required to initiate a Sm8rtHealth Application that relates to the risk assessment should be identified and answered on the initiating page. Note; once the Sm8rtHealth is integrated with the quote engine, this is information is provided.
The only required field to initiate an application is the Applicant Type. By default this is the Policy Holder. To expose the custom data fields in the UI, check the box Mand. as per below.
